About
Made by a small design studio
Vendingmachinelabels.us is run by Bright Vision Studio, an independent design studio. We make one thing here: clean, printable label packs that help people get a vending machine looking right without hiring a designer.
Why we started
New vending operators kept running into the same wall — the machine works, the products are stocked, but the selection strip is a mess of handwritten notes and mismatched stickers. Good labels are a small thing that makes a machine look trustworthy and sell better. So we built a set, sold it on Etsy, and kept adding to it based on what buyers asked for.
How it works
Every pack is a digital download. You buy on Etsy, get the files instantly, edit the names and prices in a free Canva account, and print at home or through a print service. One purchase covers a whole route, and you can reprint any time a price or product changes. Full walkthrough on the how it works section of the home page.
What we sell
- Soda machine labels — drink packs for bottle and can machines
- Candy machine labels — snack and combo machine labels
- Custom vending machine labels — made-to-order sets for any machine
