How custom orders work
Three steps to a label that fits
Message first
Send the shop a message with your machine, the label window measurements, and which pack (or edit) you need. They'll confirm it can be done.
Order & enter your size
Buy the Custom Order (Resize, Editing) listing and type the new dimensions as width × height with units — for example 5 × 4 inches — in the personalization box.
Receive your files
The design is made to order and sent through Etsy messages, usually within a few days, as an editable template you print yourself.
What the custom order covers
- Resizing — take any soda, candy or price pack and set it to your machine's exact label window or coin mech
- Layout edits — adjust spacing, orientation or the print sheet to match how your machine holds labels
- Colours and branding — add your route or business name, or change the palette
- Odd sizes and shapes for older or unusual machines that stock templates don't fit
The most common request is a resize. If you need a whole set designed from scratch, message the shop first and they'll tell you whether they can take it on.

Start from a stock pack — drink, candy or price labels — then order the resize so it drops straight into your machine. Older equipment from Dixie Narco, Vendo, Royal, AP and USI often needs a non-standard size, and that's exactly what this is for.
