Win the meeting, not just the pitch
A verbal pitch is easy to forget. A proposal left behind gets handed to whoever actually approves a placement, even if that isn't the person you spoke with. This template covers a cover page, your equipment and product range, where the machine would go, and the service commitment you're offering — the same structure property managers expect from a serious operator.
What's inside
- A "prepared for / prepared by" cover page
- Equipment and product overview pages
- Placement and service detail pages
- A closing page with next steps and your contact info
Edit it once per pitch
Open the file in a free Canva account, swap in the location's name, your equipment photos, and your commission offer if you're making one. Export as a PDF and send it or hand it over in person.
Pair it with the marketing bundle
Once a location says yes, the Vending Machine Business Marketing Bundle gives you the brochure, stickers and business card to look established from day one.
